"Trust your madness" is a call to trust your own intuition, creativity or passion, even if it may seem unconventional or different to others. In life it is important to be authentic and follow your own inner drive, even if it deviates from the norm. Have confidence in your own vision and approach to things, even if they are perceived as unusual or different.

Trust Your Madness is not a blunt justification of one’s stupid and mad acts.
It has a deeper meaning. Trust your madness is an inner call to trust your intuition to overcome challenges -either you or the society sets up on yourself in your own authentic way.
It's a state of mind. Even a meditative stance.

If you can block out everything, if you're really just in the moment and focus completely on
what you're doing right now, then that's the tunnel for me. Then everything runs a bit like in slow motion, then I perceive much more. I'm actually always in this tunnel when I'm biking. Then I'm completely focused on what I'm doing and block out everything else.
Snowboarding shaped my life in a lot of different ways, because it made me just realize how lucky I am to be chasing my dream every day to be out in nature and snowboard.
And I think it also makes me just want to be open for everything and for everyone.
And I trust myself because I know I can do it
