Successful downhill in Bormio for Murisier and Kohler

The Swiss athletes showed their strength at the World Cup downhill in Bormio, with four of them finishing in the top 10. Two of them belong to the El Tony Mate Family.

Justin Murisier surprised everyone with his performance, achieving his best result to date in a World Cup downhill with bib number 29. Despite being 1.81 seconds behind the leading Sarrazin, Murisier put in an impressive performance. Exactly one year ago, he had finished seventh at the same venue.

Marco Kohler was also able to celebrate another success in what was only his fifth downhill race. With his second top 10 finish in this discipline, he once again underlined his potential and skills on this difficult terrain.
