Hi, we are delighted that you would like to work with us! We receive a lot of sponsorship requests, which is why we have to set priorities and plan our sponsorship commitments in a targeted manner. We will be happy to process your request if you pay close attention to the points listed below.

Important information:

• Only complete and detailed requests submitted via the form will be processed.
• We will receive your request at least 4 weeks before the event.
• Our eventMate rialien (deckchairs, parasols, fridges, etc.) are only available to our event and catering partners and are not intended for private use/sale.
• Our merchandise articles (caps, shirts, etc.) are only available to our ambassadors and are not intended for private use/sale.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests from private events with less than 150 people,
  Camp events and requests from the military.
