COMBINE: New film by Jérôme Caroli

With COMBINE, Swiss athlete Jérôme Caroli is releasing a film project that brings together mountain biking and freeride skiing in the high mountains. Shot in the Val de Bagnes and around Verbier, the film is about line choice, intuition and patience in challenging terrain - with bike lines over 3,600 metres above sea level and skiing on steep ice slopes over 4,000 metres.

Jérôme competed in international downhill competitions for over fourteen years (including the UCI World Cup) before consciously reorienting himself in 2022: "I felt the need to express myself more freely - not only on the bike, but also on skis." After a serious injury in early 2023, the project was paused and later resumed - "...all the more fulfilling", as he says.

The film stars Jérémie Heitz and Vincent Tupin and was produced by Nicolas Falquet.
