El Tony Mate welcomes wakeboard talent Loic Deschaux to the team

At just 20 years old, Loic Deschaux is already one of the most successful wakeboarders in the world. The Frenchman celebrated his greatest success to date in 2019, when he won the world title in the pro category at the age of just 14 - making history in the process.

Since then, Loic has racked up title after title: multiple French champion, runner-up in the 2024 European Championships and winner of Red Bull Wake The City 2023 in Milan are just some of his highlights. Today, he is considered the number 1 in France and is one of the top 5 wakeboarders in the world.

In addition to his sporting successes, Loic is known for his creative riding style and his impressive video projects. He recently spent the winter in the Philippines and Thailand to work on a new film project, which was released in July.

With Loic Deschaux, El TonyMate is adding a water sportsman to the team for the first time - and thus expanding its involvement in action sports to include another exciting discipline.
