El Tony Producer Academy – Ibiza TERMS & CONDITIONS – APPLICATION CHALLENGE

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Participants must reside in a European country.
  • Participants must be available from October 1–7, 2026, and be able to travel to Ibiza.
  • Proof of age, residency, and availability to travel may be requested.

2. Music Production Requirements

  • All submitted tracks must be original works created by the participants.
  • AI music generators (e.g. Suno or Udio) are not permitted.
  • Participants may not use copyrighted samples unless they hold the appropriate licenses.
  • The track should be primarily based on samples from the provided sample pack. You are welcome to add your own elements, synths, and samples. However, the samples from the provided sample pack should remain clearly recognizable in the final track.

3. Use of the Sample Pack

  • The files provided in the sample pack may be used exclusively for the El Tony Producer Academy Challenge.

4. Intellectual Property & Rights

  • By participating, applicants grant the Academy the rights to publish and use the submitted tracks.
  • The Academy is entitled to publish the submitted works across its channels and use them for communication and marketing purposes. The producers will always be credited whenever their work is published.
