Privacy

At El Tony Mate, we are committed to protecting your privacy. For this reason, you will find below information about personal data that we collect and may store when you visit tonymate.com. Protecting the privacy of our visitors is important to us, which is why we always process data in accordance with the applicable Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). We will also under no circumstances resell personal information to third-party providers.

Note: The terms used in the following, such as "personal data" or their "processing" refer to the definitions according to Art. 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

Cookies and web beacons

We use cookies on our website (e.g. Google Analytics cookies) to measure information about the use and reach of the website. This is done on the basis of a legitimate interest (optimization of our online offering and the associated user experience) within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f. DSGVO. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. Based on information stored with cookies, we can, among other things, display pop-up messages once during your visit or manage login functionalities to access certain content.

You can disable or individually allow/block the use of cookies from our website and/or third parties at any time in your browser settings. The following link describes in detail how you can disable cookies in your browser: https://de.wikihow.com/Cookies-deaktivieren. In addition, various programs (e.g. Norton Internet Security) also offer settings for managing cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may prevent you from using certain features of our (and other) sites to the same extent.

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage so-called website tags via an interface (and thus, for example, integrate Google Analytics as well as other Google marketing services into our online offering). The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) does not process any personal data of the users. With regard to the processing of users' personal data, please refer to the following information on Google services. Usage Policy: https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.

Google Analytics

On tonymate.com we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies (see above). The information generated by this about your use of our website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

In the case of activation of IP anonymization, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on tonymate.com. On our behalf, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling aggregate reports on user activity on our website and providing other related services to us. For more information about how Google uses cookies and what information it collects, you can visit: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/cookies/ or https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.

You can disable the use of Google Analytics at any time by installing a simple browser addon. You can find the addon at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/?hl=de.

By default, in accordance with Art. 5(1)(e) DSGVO, all user-level and event-level data linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. User ID) and advertising IDs (e.g. DoubleClick cookies) will be deleted from Google Analytics after 26 months since the last activity of the corresponding user.

Collection of access data and log files

Based on our legitimate interests (ensuring the proper operation of the website) within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO, we collect data about accesses to the server on which our website is located (so-called server log files). In these log files, information is stored such as the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type (including version), the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. Log file information is collected for security reasons (e.g. for the clarification of abuse or fraud) and stored as long as it is useful or necessary for evidentiary purposes.

Contact forms

On our website, we offer all visitors the opportunity to contact us via contact forms. When using the corresponding forms, personal information such as name, e-mail address and the corresponding messages are collected and stored. Based on our legitimate interests (combating spam and processing user requests) as defined in Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO, we use this information to process incoming requests and orders or to filter spam entries.

Integration of third-party services and content

In some places on this website, third-party content, such as captchas from Google reCaptcha or graphics from other websites, are integrated. This means that the third-party providers become aware that our website has been accessed via your IP address when the website is loaded. The integration of third-party content and services only occurs in exceptional cases and always on the basis of legitimate interests to improve the user experience on our website.

Google Web Fonts

For the consistent and correct display of fonts on our website, we use Google Web Fonts. When loading our website, the corresponding fonts are loaded into your browser cache. The use of web fonts is based on a legitimate interest (consistent, error-free and appealing display of all texts and fonts) according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

To display web fonts, your browser establishes a connection to Google servers. Google is thereby informed that our website has been accessed via your IP address. More information on how Google handles this information can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Facebook (www.facebook.com) uses technology to present you with advertisements that are relevant to you. Facebook's provider is Facebook Inc, located at 1601 S.
