We actively take responsibility for our footprint. We have scrutinised every step of our production processes and calculated our CO2 emissions. This knowledge enables us to take targeted measures to make our contribution to climate protection. We are aware that every action counts and we are committed to reducing our footprint according to scientific guidelines.

To achieve this goal, we have committed ourselves to the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) model, a proven framework for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The SBTi model allows us to establish clear and measurable goals for reducing our CO2 emissions. By adhering to scientifically based guidelines, we ensure that our efforts have a meaningful impact on the environment.

We live fairness

We believe that "fairness" and "sustainability" should not only be a label, but a matter of course. Since the mate harvest is brought in by well-trained skilled workers and is manual labor, all our workers are fairly paid and comprehensively socially insured. In addition, we attach particular importance to occupational safety and accident prevention.

The farm

When it comes to the raw material for our mate tea, we leave nothing to chance. Our mate comes exclusively from our own cultivation at the PINDO farm in Argentina.
