We want to carefully consider every sponsorship request so that we can get the best out of your event together.

Important requirements

  • We must receive your request at least 3 weeks before the event.

  • Only complete and detailed requests via the form will be considered.

  • EventMateevent materials (e.g. deckchairs, parasols, fridges) are only available to our event and catering partners - not for private use or sale.

  • Merchandise items (e.g. caps, shirts) are intended exclusively for our Ambassadors - not for private use or sale.

  • We cannot accept requests for camp events or from the military.

  • We only consider requests from France.
