Lena is Swiss champion

Last week the last tour stops of the Swiss Freeski Tour and the Audi Snowboard Series of this season took place in Engadin. In Big Air as well as in Slopestyle, points and the Swiss Champion title were fought for.

The event at Corvatsch started on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, with the qualification of the freeskiers in slopestyle. Due to the increasingly bad weather, only two of the three originally scheduled heats could be held that day. The persistent snowfall on Thursday made it impossible to hold the snowboard slopestyle qualification in the 2025 World Cup Park. After about 80 centimeters of fresh snow, the qualification of the snowboarders could finally take place on Friday.

Snowboard Slopestyle Finals
At the European Cup, Lena Müller finished fourth and took the title as Vice Swiss Champion behind Ariana Burri.

Snowboard Big Air Finals
On Monday afternoon the last decisions of the event in Engadin were made with the finals of the snowboarders.
Meanwhile, Lena Müller shone with 3rd place in the women's event. The St. Gallen native had to admit defeat only to the Czech Vanessa Volopichova and the Dutch Melissa Peperkamp. Lena thus secured the Swiss championship title in Big Air ahead of Ariane Burri and Yuna Scheidegger.
