Lena Müller on courage, passion and life on the board
Skateboard or snowboard - it doesn't matter to Lena Müller. The main thing is a board. The young Swiss woman symbolises a generation that doesn't accept boundaries, but pushes them with every new trick.
In summer, she trains on the trampoline, in the skate park or on the airbag. In winter, she stands on her snowboard and brings what she has spent months preparing to the snow. The goal is never just a trick or a competition - but the feeling of having made it, after countless attempts, falls and restarts.
Both sports are still strongly male-dominated. But Lena shows that courage is more important than muscle power. That you are welcome in the skate park if you just turn up and ride. And that progress doesn't happen overnight - but when you stick with it, even if it takes ten, a hundred or a thousand attempts.
"When you finally land your trick after a thousand attempts - it's all worth it."
Jo with the Flow tells Lena's story between asphalt and snow - of training, passion and the moment when everything comes together.
